Each piece is unique. Leather is a natural material – no hide is the same. Small scars, color nuances, or a textured surface? That’s exactly what makes it special. Nature doesn't copy & paste.


Brass ages

Through air, moisture and touch it can develop a patina over time – this is not a defect, but perfectly normal and a sign of real quality. If you prefer it shiny, you can easily polish it with a cloth. If you love patina, just let it be.


Handmade takes time

Each product is built to order. Handmade takes time. But it’s worth it. Allow up to 4 weeks, though often faster ;-)


CAjA uses only vegetable-tanned, non top-coated Nappa leather. In rare cases — for example in heavy rain combined with a chemical tick collar — slight color changes may occur. If in doubt or if you have questions, feel free to contact us directly.
