For exact measurements you'll need a flexible tailor's measuring tape. Your dog should feel comfortable, and we want precise numbers.

The 3 steps to the perfect measurement

1. Head circumference

Measure the circumference at the widest part of the head, across the forehead above the ears.

2. Nape circumference

Measure the circumference at the narrowest point of your dog's neck, very snug directly behind the ears.

3. Neck circumference

Measure the circumference where your dog's collar is worn in everyday use.
