Shipping policy

The following conditions apply: We offer worldwide shipping for all goods.

Shipping Costs (including VAT)

Domestic Deliveries (Germany):

We charge a flat shipping fee of €6.90 per order.

We offer free shipping on orders over €180.00.

International Deliveries:

Within the EU (excluding Norway, Switzerland, United Kingdom): Up to 5 kg: €16.20 flat fee per order. Above 2.1 kg: €18.50 flat fee per order.

Norway, Switzerland, United Kingdom: Flat fee: €20.30 per order. Above 2.1 kg: €49.40 flat fee per order.

Worldwide: Up to 2 kg: €26.40 flat fee per order. Between 2.1 kg and 5 kg: €52.50 flat fee per order.

Delivery Periods

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, the delivery of goods is as follows:

Custom-made / Individual Products: Germany: Within 5–20 business days. International: Within 10–20 business days.

In-stock Items: Germany: Within 3–5 business days. International: Within 10–15 business days.

Note: Delivery periods begin after the conclusion of the contract (or, in the case of advanced payment, after the date of your payment instruction). Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays or public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be sent in a single shipment unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest lead time in your order.

Gift cards are sent exclusively via email. Therefore, no shipping costs apply to gift card purchases.
