Shipping terms

The following conditions apply

We deliver worldwide.

Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

We charge a flat shipping fee of 6,90 € per order up to 31,5 kg.

For orders of 180,00 € or more, we ship free of charge within Germany.

Deliveries abroad

Within the EU (excluding Norway, Switzerland, United Kingdom) we charge a flat shipping fee of 16,20 € per order up to 5 KG kg.

For 2,1 kg - 5 kg, within the EU (excluding Norway, Switzerland, United Kingdom), we charge a flat shipping fee of 18,50 € per order.

For shipping to Norway, Switzerland, United Kingdom we charge a flat shipping fee of 20,30 € per order up to 2 KG kg. From 2,1 kg - 5 kg we charge a flat shipping fee of 49,40 € per order.

We ship to the following non-EU countries

Shipping to the following non-EU countries:

- Australia
- New Zealand
- United States of America
- Canada

We charge the shipping costs to non-EU countries at a flat rate of 26,40 € per order up to 2 KG kg.

From 2,1 kg - 5 kg we charge a flat shipping fee of 52,50 € per order.

Delivery times

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, delivery of stock goods within Germany is made within 1-3 working days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).

Custom-made goods to customer specifications are produced and delivered within 4 calendar weeks.

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped in a single consignment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

When paying by invoice, the invoice amount must be settled within 7 days.
