Payment and dispatch
The following terms and conditions apply:
The products are delivered all over the world.
Dispatch costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)
Domestic deliveries (Germany):
We charge a flat shipping fee of 6,90 € per order.
From an order value of 180,00 onwards, we deliver shipments free of cost.
Deliveries to foreign countries:
Shipping Costs
Within the EU (excluding Norway, Switzerland, United Kingdom), we charge a flat shipping rate of 16.20 € per order up to 2 kg. From 2.1 kg, we charge a flat shipping rate of 18.50 € per order within the EU (excluding Norway, Switzerland, United Kingdom).
For shipping to Norway, Switzerland, United Kingdom, we charge a flat shipping rate of 20.30 € per order. From 2.1 kg, we charge a flat shipping rate of €49.40 per order for shipping to Norway, Switzerland, United Kingdom.
For worldwide shipping, we charge a flat shipping rate of 26.40 € per order up to 2 kg. From 2.1 kg - 5 kg, we charge a flat shipping rate of 52.50 € per order.
Delivery Periods
Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, the delivery of goods takes place domestically (Germany):
For custom-made products within 5-20 working days, for international deliveries within 10-20 working days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).
For stock items within 3-5 working days, for international deliveries within 10-15 working days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no delivery is made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be sent in a combined shipment, unless we have made different agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time you have ordered.
