Remove dirt

Use lukewarm water and a lightly damp sponge or cloth to remove loose dirt. For a more thorough cleaning, a dedicated leather cleaner is recommended. We’re happy to give you tips on which one to use.

Care

After cleaning, treat the leather with a colorless beeswax leather conditioner to keep it supple and looking good.

No waterproofing sprays

The undyed leather we use should not be treated with waterproofing sprays, as these prevent the natural development of a patina.

No soaking

Avoid soaking the leather, especially in salt water.

No unsuitable cleaners

Do not use dish soap or grease-dissolving cleaners.

Over-care

High-quality leather can be damaged by excessive care. Do not treat the design inlay leather of the model "Königszug" with beeswax conditioner.
