Each piece is unique. Leather is a natural product – no hide is the same. Small scars, color nuances or a lively surface? That's exactly what makes it special. Nature doesn't copy & paste.

Brass develops character

Exposure to air, moisture and touch can cause it to tarnish over time – this is not a defect, but perfectly normal and a sign of genuine quality. If you prefer it shiny, you can easily polish it with a cloth. If you love patina, just let it be.

Handcrafting takes time

Each product is made to order. Handmade takes time. But it's worth it. Allow up to 4 weeks, often much sooner ;-)

CAjA uses only vegetable‑tanned, non‑top‑coated Nappa leather. In rare cases – for example in heavy rain combined with a chemical tick collar – slight color changes may occur. If you're unsure or have any questions, feel free to contact us directly.
